Our office is over at K 203 Jasminuem in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar. Pune is a nice place to work, and being in Magarpatta makes it easy for us to get around. Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. It’s a decent-sized room where we handle international mobile services for our clients. We spend a lot of time on the computer, checking service activations and talking to people who are going abroad. Since we’re in a residential-commercial mix like Jasminuem, it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway, which is nice. The staff here are mostly local people who know the technology inside and out. We don’t have a flashy reception area or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us at our desks working. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital records to make sure people's phones work when they travel to other countries. Sometimes there are technical glitches in the network that we have to spend hours fixing with the different providers. It’s just part of the daily grind for us. We keep some small plants near the window to make the place feel a bit more like a home. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the work, and head home to our families. There isn't much more to it than that. We just try to be practical and solve whatever phone issues come our way without any fuss or complicated processes.
