Matoshree Agroscience Private Limited

Up here in Pashan, Pune, you will find Matoshree Agroscience Private Limited. We are located in Surbhi Apartment, Flat No 10, which is on Sr No 24 A P No 17. It is a bit of a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the center of the city. We do a lot of the science side of agriculture from here. It’s more about the technical stuff and figuring out how to make crops grow better. We have a lot of books and files piled up because there is always something new to learn about plants. Pashan is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, but we don't have to deal with the crazy crowds of the main city markets. Most of our work involves talking to researchers or sending out instructions to people in the fields. We aren't wearing lab coats all day, but we do take the science part seriously. The office is small and cozy, and we usually have the windows open to let in a bit of breeze. Sometimes the apartment elevator is out of service, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs. We are just a small team trying to understand the science behind the farming so we can pass that knowledge along. It’s interesting work and every day is a little bit different. We like the balance of being in a city apartment while still working with nature.
