Mathex

Our office is at A/3 Girija Shankar Vihar in the Karve Nagar area. It’s a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a traditional school. We chose this spot because it's easy for families in the Hingne Budrukh area to reach without traveling too far. Inside, we have a few rooms dedicated to our math sessions. It’s a simple setup with tables, chairs, and some cupboards for our teaching materials and old files. We’ve been doing this for a long time, focusing just on mathematics. Some people think math is scary, so we try to keep things down-to-earth here. We don't use any flashy technology or expensive software. It’s mostly just pencil and paper work for the students. We find that's the best way for kids to actually learn the steps of a problem. The atmosphere is pretty quiet since we’re inside a housing society. Sometimes you’ll hear neighbors outside or birds, but mostly it’s just the sound of students working. We aren't trying to expand into a giant company. We like being a small, local place where we know everyone’s name. Parents often stop by for a quick chat when they drop their kids off in the afternoon. It’s all very informal and relaxed. We don't have a formal dress code; we just show up and start teaching. It’s been our routine for years, and we’re quite happy with how things are going in our little corner of Karve Nagar. We keep it simple.
