We are based in Kothrud, in a flat numbered A-13 at Ornate Park on Paud Road. Even though we are part of a larger company from Germany, our daily life here in Pune is quite simple. We use the flat as our office space, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. There are just a few of us here handling the phones and the emails. Shivtirth Nagar is a busy area, so the street noise is always there in the background while we work. We spend most of our time coordinating pump orders and talking to customers about technical details. It is a lot of paperwork and looking at specifications on the computer screen. The space is a bit tight, especially when we get a lot of documents delivered at once. We have a small area for making tea and taking our lunch breaks together. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. It is a different side of the business compared to the factories, focusing more on the numbers and the communication. We try to keep a steady pace and get through the tasks without getting too stressed. Sometimes finding a place to park near the building is a real challenge, which is just part of working in this part of town. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the day is done.
