Mathematic Point

I started Mathematic Point here in Dhayari 503 because I saw how much trouble kids were having with their numbers. It’s just a small space really, nothing too impressive. We sit down and go through the chapters one by one. Sometimes the room gets a bit loud when everyone is trying to solve a problem at once, but that’s just how it goes on a Tuesday afternoon. I don't like fancy posters or anything like that on the walls. We just use the board and some notebooks. People from around the neighborhood usually just walk their kids over after school. It’s a quiet part of the area, mostly. We’ve been here for a while now and the desks are a little worn out at the edges, but they work fine for writing. If a student doesn't get a concept, we just stay a bit longer until it clicks. No big deal. I handle the classes mostly by myself, though sometimes my brother helps out when things get busy during the exam season in March. It’s not a big corporate center or anything, just a place to learn some math. We keep things pretty simple here. Most days involve a lot of scratching on paper and checking answers against the back of the book. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Dhayari community. We don't even have a receptionist, so if the phone rings while I'm teaching, I usually just let it go to voicemail and call people back later in the evening.
