Our office is located on Sinhgad Road in Pune, specifically in the Manikbaug area. We are in Flat Number 03 of the Mahavirnagar A building. It’s a bit different from your typical office setup because it’s in a residential building, which we actually like. It makes the whole thing feel more grounded and less like a cold business environment. We’ve been providing architectural services from this spot for several years now. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but that’s just Pune for you. We are a small team and we spend most of our time hunched over our desks working on project plans. We handle a bit of everything, from the initial sketches to the final details needed for construction. We don't have a sales team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the architects who is currently working on a drawing. We try to be sensible about our work. We know that building a house or a commercial space is a huge investment for most people, so we don't take it lightly. We aren't interested in making things look flashy just for the sake of it. We’d rather focus on making sure the building is functional and stays within what the client can afford. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s kept us busy for a long time now. We just get on with the job and hope the traffic isn't too bad tomorrow.
