We are located in Pune at the Kumar Pinnacle Society, specifically in A6 / 206. The address is 343/2 Tadiwala Road. It is a well-known building in the area, and we are on the second floor. Tadiwala Road is always moving, so there is usually some noise coming in from the street, but once you are inside the society, it settles down a bit. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very homey feel to it. We have desks in what would have been the living room and some storage in the other rooms. It makes for a very comfortable way to work compared to a big, cold office building. We have a small kitchen area where we can make coffee or heat up our lunch. There are usually three or four of us here at any given time, typing away or talking about the projects we are currently handling. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big posters or corporate slogans on the walls; just our equipment and the things we need to stay organized. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues like a leaky tap or a bulb that needs changing, just like at home. We enjoy being here because it feels real and grounded. We do not try to be anything we are not; we just show up every morning and put in a good day's work in a place that feels familiar to us.
