Marketware Associates

Marketware Associates is based in Wanowarie, right near the Govind Halwai Chowk at C 37 38. If you know Pune at all, you know this area can get pretty crowded and loud during the day. The sweet smell of fresh snacks from the halwai shops nearby often drifts into our space, which usually makes everyone hungry long before lunch time. We’ve got a modest office here. It’s not very large, but we’ve managed to tuck in enough desks for everyone to have their own spot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time or the energy to get it done. We are usually way too busy with the day-to-day stuff. We handle a lot of different things, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing from morning till night. It gets a bit noisy with all the traffic and horns outside, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just come in wearing whatever is comfortable and clean. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. We just want to get through our list of tasks and do right by the people we work for. Sometimes we stay a bit late when things get behind, but usually, we try to wrap up on time. It’s a decent place to work.
