Our office is tucked away in Madhav Baug Society, over in Shivtirtha Nagar. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around Kothrud, right off Paud Road. We are at units 117 and 118 in the A-3 building. Being in a society like this makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office park. Maples Esm Tech. Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant operation. We’re a group of people who know tech and spend our hours looking at screens and figuring things out. It gets pretty quiet here sometimes, which is good for focusing. Other times, the neighborhood is quite lively with people coming and going. We’ve got our routine down. We show up, check what needs doing, and start working. There’s no big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us. We deal with the technical side of things, the stuff that mostly happens in the background. If something isn't working, we stay until it is. We’ve been in Pune-38 for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the pace here. It’s a solid place to work. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide the technical support that’s needed from our little corner of the city. It’s honest work and we like the independence of it. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy outside, but we are here regardless every day.
