Our workspace is located in Flat 601, B6, over at Fortune East in Kharadi. Being in an apartment complex like this in Pune makes for a pretty quiet environment most of the time. Mantra Consultants is where we handle various professional tasks and talk to people about their business needs. It’s not a typical office with a reception desk and a waiting room. It’s more of a place where we can actually sit down and think. Kharadi has grown so much lately, and there are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We like being here because it’s close to everything but still feels a bit tucked away. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at our desks. We don’t have a big team, just a few dedicated people who know their stuff. Sometimes we have meetings right there at the dining table because it’s easier than setting up a formal conference room. We focus on giving practical advice and helping people navigate whatever problems they’re facing. It’s not about using big words or sounding important. We just try to be helpful and honest about what can be done. If the weather is nice, we might step out onto the balcony for a minute to clear our heads. It’s a simple, low-key way of working that suits us just fine. We aren't fancy, we just do our consulting work and try to keep things moving forward.
