We set up our operations at 55/C Sahaney Sujan Park in Lulla Nagar. Pune is a busy city, and Lulla Nagar has its own rhythm that we have become part of over the years. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular part of the park area. Inside, we have our desks and a few chairs for when people come in to talk about staffing. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner and the sound of someone on the phone. We spend a lot of time looking through lists and making notes on pads of paper. The space is a bit small, especially when we have a lot of files delivered, but we manage to keep things moving. The windows let in a decent amount of light, which helps during those long afternoons. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. Most of our wall space is taken up by calendars or boards with notes pinned to them. It is a practical environment for the kind of work we do here. Getting to Sahaney Sujan Park is easy enough for most people, and we are usually here from the early morning until the sun goes down. It is just a bunch of us working together in a quiet corner of Pune, trying to keep everything organized.
