We are based at H1-204, Gangadham-2, over in the Market Yard area of Pune. Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while, and this is where we do all our coordination from. The Market Yard neighborhood is always bustling, which kind of matches how our office feels most days. We deal with a lot of people looking for work and companies looking for staff. It’s a lot of matching things up and checking details. Our office isn't one of those high-rise corporate spots; it’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and get through the pile of applications we get. We have desks and chairs and too many folders, like any other place doing this kind of work. It gets pretty loud sometimes when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve been at this Gangadham address for a good stretch now, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks nearby. It's a straightforward operation we've got going. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. People come in, we talk about jobs, and we try to help them out. It’s practical work and we enjoy being part of the community here in Pune.
