Manoj Kalamkar

I’m Manoj Kalamkar, and you can find me at the Purva Complex Building. My office is on the mezzanine floor, at Survey No 761 A. We are right on Gadgil Road in Sadashiv Peth. If you know this area, you know it’s always got a lot of activity going on. My space isn't huge. The mezzanine floor height means you have to watch your head if you're tall, but it works for what I need. I’ve got my books, my files, and my chair. I’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the neighbors in the building are all decent people. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical, lived-in workspace. Sometimes I stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, and Gadgil Road is finally quiet. I don't really believe in using big words or marketing slogans to get people through the door. I just let the work speak for itself. People come here because they know I’ll give them a straight answer. It’s a small operation, just me and a bit of help now and then. Sadashiv Peth is a great place to be located because everything is close by. I just keep the door open and stay busy with whatever the day brings. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits me just fine. No fancy talk, just me doing my job.
