Manifest Info Services is just a small office in the Camp area of Pune at 1627/19 Centre Street. We’ve been here for a while now. People around here know the 411001 zip code well. It is pretty busy outside with all the traffic and shops, but inside we just focus on the info work we have for the day. My cousin actually helped me set up the desks when we first moved in. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We have a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that takes forever to boil. Usually, we start around nine. Most of the work involves handling data and lists for other companies who don't have time to do it themselves. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but it pays the bills. If you’re walking down Centre Street, you might miss our door if you aren't looking for the number 1627. It’s right there in the middle of everything. We don't really do big advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they work nearby in Pune. It’s just how things go here. We try to keep things quiet and just get through the tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which happens a lot in Pune, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the jobs we get. It's a living. We just sit here and get the data sorted.
