Mangalam

Our business, Mangalam, is located right on Sinhgad Road in Pune. It is one of those busy streets where there is always something going on, which we actually like. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we have become part of the local scenery. The office is not anything fancy; it is just a place where we come to work every morning. We do not have a big sign or a glass front. It is mostly just desks and a lot of files. We handle various things depending on what people need when they walk in. Sometimes it is busy and we are all running around, and other days we have time to sit and talk about the news. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There isn't a "boss" who stays in a private room all day. We are all out in the open. We do not use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just do the work as it comes. Sinhgad Road can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but we have gotten used to the sound of the horns and the buses passing by. It feels real. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in a part of Pune we knew well. We do not have plans to move to a bigger office or anything. This place suits us just fine, and we know our way around the neighborhood.
