So, we are based in Pune. Mangalam Placements Pvt. Ltd. has been around for some time, just doing what we do. Finding people jobs is basically the core of it, but it sounds simpler than it actually is. The office is usually full of files and resumes. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Pune is a big city with lots of companies, so there's always something happening. Some days, we get a lot of people walking in, and other days it's just quiet work. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It's just a regular office space where we try to match people with the right kind of work. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes it takes longer. We've seen the city change quite a bit over the years. The traffic has definitely gotten worse. But we still come in every morning and start going through the lists. It's not glamorous work. It's a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for replies. We try to be helpful when we can. Mangalam Placements is basically just a team of us working through the daily grind here in Pune. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just do the work, send the emails, and hope for the best for the people who come to us. It's just a normal business trying to help people find their way in the job market here. We drink a lot of coffee and just keep going until the day is done.
