Mangalam Placement Pvt Ltd is located in Anandnagar, right off Singhagad Road in Pune. We’ve been helping people find work for a while now. The office is usually full of people coming in with their resumes printed on crinkled paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different companies and seeing who they need. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Pune is a city where everyone is looking for a better opportunity, so we stay pretty busy. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. We’ve got some chairs for people to wait in and a few desks for the staff. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoon, and the air gets a little stuffy. We try to keep things moving along. We don't promise anyone the moon; we just look at what's available and try to match it up with the people who walk through our door. Singhagad Road always has a lot of traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. It becomes like background noise after a while. We have a small team here, and we all know the local job market pretty well. We aren't a big corporate agency with polished brochures. We’re just some people in Anandnagar trying to help other people get a paycheck. It’s straightforward work, and it feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job.
