Mandeep Khokhar

Mandeep Khokhar is based out of Madhuban Apartments on F.C. Road in Pune. Anyone who knows Pune knows that Fergusson College Road is one of the busiest and most iconic streets in the city. There is always something happening outside. You have students walking by, people shopping, and plenty of food joints. Being in Madhuban Apartments gives us a bit of a retreat from all that chaos. Once you step inside the building, it gets much quieter. Our space is just a regular apartment that we use for our work. It’s got that old Pune charm to it. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend our days mostly at our desks. There’s a lot of paper around and sometimes the bins get a bit full before we empty them. It’s a real working environment, not a staged showroom. We’ve been on F.C. Road for quite some time and we’ve seen shops open and close around us. We just keep doing our thing. It’s a comfortable place to be. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and lunch. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than finishing what we started in the morning. It’s just a straightforward life here in the apartments.
