If you are looking for Manage-O-Soft, we are located in the Tejaswini Building in Pune. You can find us right opposite Laxmi Niwas. We are in the Hingne Home Colony area. It is a bit of a residential feel around here which we actually quite like. Mr. Mandhare is the one who keeps things running. We don't have a giant corporate office with glass walls. It is a more modest setup. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them from the window. We spend a lot of our time on software and management tasks. It’s just what we do. The team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is no hierarchy or anything like that, we just sit around the table and figure things out. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just rely on the work we do to speak for us. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone and tries to help out. It is very straightforward. Being in Pune 52 is convenient for most of us who live nearby. We are just regular people working in a regular office. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. It’s just a business in a building, trying to get through the work week like everyone else does. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
