Our placement consultancy, Manage-O-Soft, is located in the Karve Nagar area of Pune. We are tucked away in Shahu Colony, specifically in Lane Number 6. If you are looking for us, we are right there by the Reddy Girls Hostel in Block 46. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but it’s easy to find once you get into the lane. Being in a placement consultancy means we talk to a lot of people every day. Candidates come in looking for jobs, and we try to figure out where they might fit. It’s a lot of talking and looking at resumes. The office isn't very big, just a couple of rooms where we can sit down and have a chat. Since we’re near the hostel and in a residential colony, it feels very domestic. We aren't some high-pressure recruitment firm with suits and ties. Most of us just wear regular clothes and keep things informal. We have a lot of files and a few computers that have seen better days. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because there are so many students and young professionals around Karve Nagar. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people finding us through the address. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just want to get things done. We make a lot of phone calls and send even more emails, and that’s our day.
