Management Consultant Self Employed

I run Management Consultant as a self-employed professional from 3B 1 14 in the New Ajanta Avenue Society in Pune. Being self-employed means I wear many hats. One minute I’m the consultant, the next I’m fixing the internet or filing my own taxes. The society is a decent place to work from, and it’s quiet enough that I can actually focus. I’ve lived in Maharashtra for a long time, and setting up shop here in Pune felt like the right move. My workspace is just a room in the house converted into an office. I have my computer, a very old desk, and a window that looks out onto the street. I help people with their business problems, mostly focusing on management and how to keep things moving. It’s not a large-scale operation, just me and occasionally a part-time helper. I don't use any fancy software or big corporate methods. I just look at what’s happening and offer some practical advice. Pune has a lot of energy, and there are always new people starting things up. I like being part of that, even in a small way. My hours are a bit flexible, but I’m usually at my desk most of the day. It’s a simple setup, and it works for me. I don't need a big office in a commercial park to do what I do. I just handle one project at a time and try to stay organized.
