Manage-O-Soft Placements

Manage-O-Soft Placements is located at Flat 26 in the Subhash Terrace building. We are right here in Pune, Maharashtra, 411046. It is a regular residential-style building, so the office feels more like a home than a stiff corporate environment. We kind of like it that way because it makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they come to talk to us about finding jobs. Being in a flat means we do not have a huge lobby or anything like that, just a comfortable space where we can sit down and have a chat. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the telephone. Pune is a big city with lots of people looking for work, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. We do not have a lot of fancy signs or lights out front. People usually find us because they have an appointment or someone told them exactly where we are. It is a very straightforward business. We just try to help folks find where they need to go next in their careers. The neighborhood is okay, and there is usually some tea or coffee sitting around if someone is waiting. We have been here at Subhash Terrace for a good while now. It works for us and for the people we help. Just a normal office in a normal building, doing what we can every day.
