Mamta Stationers & Gifts

Mamta Stationers & Gifts is found at Shop Number 5 in the F-Building of the New Friend Society. We’re right across from Hotel Kinara on the Kothrud Link Road. This is a busy part of Kothrud, and we get a lot of people who live in the society coming in for their daily needs. We have a good mix of stationery for school and office work, along with various gift items. The shop is a bit small, so we’ve had to get creative with how we store everything. There are shelves everywhere and boxes stacked in the back. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we do our work. We know most of the kids who come in for their pens and notebooks after school. The Link Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic, but we don't mind it much anymore. We spend a lot of time just keeping things in order and making sure we have what people are looking for. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. It’s just us running the place day by day. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things, but we eventually catch up. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we like being a part of it. We just keep our doors open and try to be useful to the people who live nearby. It’s a simple and honest way to make a living. It's been our life for a long time.
