If you know where the Ginger Hotel is in Wakad, we are right across from it. Malaiya Enterprises has been operating from here for a bit now. It’s a busy road, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We deal with various bits of supply and trade stuff. The office is pretty simple, just a few desks and some files stacked up in the corners. It’s not the kind of place with fancy decorations or a lobby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking invoices. Since we're right on the main stretch, we see a lot of people passing by. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, especially during rush hour in the mornings and evenings. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. Sometimes we're out visiting sites or talking to vendors, so the shutters might be half-down for an hour. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us handling the paperwork and the orders. We try to keep things organized, but the desk usually ends up buried under papers by Friday afternoon. It's a decent place to work, and being in Wakad means we're close to a lot of the newer developments. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to get things done without too much fuss.
