Maitreyee It Services Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Pune, specifically over in Gokhale Nagar. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in the IT parks. Instead, we are set up in the Rohini Co-Op Housing Society. It’s an older residential area, and our office is actually in Flat No 185 in Mig Building Number 06. It makes for a pretty quiet work environment, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on tech stuff. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad compared to some of the horror stories you hear about Pune traffic. We’ve got our computers set up and there is usually a lot of coffee being drank throughout the day. The building is a bit traditional, so it doesn't feel like a corporate office at all. It feels more like working from home but with your colleagues right there. We spend our hours doing various IT tasks, fixing bugs, and trying to keep things running smoothly for the people we work with. There’s always someone coming in or out, and we know the neighbors pretty well by now. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just sit down, do the work, and then head home when the sun goes down.
