Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd operates out of a flat in Atul Nagar, which is located in the Warje area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat No 606 in the B 2 wing. It is a bit different from a standard office building because we are right in the middle of a residential complex. This means we see a lot of families and kids playing downstairs while we are trying to get our work done. The drive up to Warje can be a bit of a climb depending on where you are coming from in Pune, but Atul Nagar is a well-known spot. Inside the flat, we have converted the rooms into workspace areas. The kitchen area is where we keep the water filter and the tea supplies. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when the neighbors are moving around or someone is visiting the flat next door. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the sixth floor and ring the bell. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computers. The view from the window shows a bit of the hills around Pune if the weather is clear. It is a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. We like being in a place that feels like a neighborhood rather than a cold industrial zone. It keeps things feeling a bit more normal.
