The office is located at Manik Baug, right on Sinhagad Road in Mahavir Nagar. If you know this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines outside our window at F-19. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, mostly filled with the sound of papers being shuffled and the occasional phone ringing. We handle a lot of the basic day-to-day business tasks that keep things moving. There are stacks of files on the desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat or drop off documents. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so sometimes the corners get a bit dusty. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s business. We usually grab some snacks from the nearby vendors during the afternoon. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We aren't looking to grow into some massive corporation; we just like having our own spot where we can work at our own pace. People from the surrounding Mahavir Nagar area often drop in just to say hello or ask for help with something small. It’s a very local way of doing things, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making any fuss.
