Our facility is located at Gut No. 262 on Lavale Road in Pirangut. It’s a bit of a drive out into the industrial side of things, but that’s where all the action is. The road can be a little rough when the trucks are moving, especially after it rains. We work in the manufacturing sector, focusing on the technical parts that keep other industries going. It is a factory environment, so there is always a bit of noise from the machines and the loading bays. We don't have a polished corporate office. Most of the space is taken up by the production line and the storage areas. We have a small area where we handle the admin work, but even there, you can hear the hum of the factory floor. The staff here is mostly local or people who travel from the nearby parts of Pune. We have our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is happening. It is hard work, and we stay busy from the start of the shift until the end. We’ve seen Pirangut grow from a quiet area to a place full of companies like ours. We just stick to our schedule and make sure the output is consistent. It’s mostly about managing the materials and the machine timing. We don’t go for anything fancy. The building is practical, and we keep it clean enough to work safely. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here.
