Maharashtra Mens Parlour

We are located on Kasaba Peth Road, right in the heart of one of the oldest parts of Pune. If you find Maya Bakery, you are basically there. Kasba Peth has a lot of history and the streets are narrow and winding. Our shop fits right in. It is a small place with a couple of chairs. We have been here for a long time, watching the neighborhood change. We do simple haircuts and shaves for the men who live around here. A lot of the older men come in every couple of weeks. It is a very basic setup. We have a few combs, some scissors, and the electric trimmers that we keep oiled up. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door open to let some air in. You can hear the sounds of the bakery and the people talking on the street. We don't have any fancy products or special treatments. People just want a decent trim so they look neat. We take our time with each person, no rush. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We open early and close when the last customer is done. It’s just a regular barbershop for regular people in a very old part of town. Maharashtra Mens Parlour is a simple place for everyone.
