Magnate Facility Management is located right on F C Road, specifically at Model Colony Mahesh Nagar 20. If you know Pune, you know how crowded and lively this area stays. Our office is in a spot that’s easy to reach, which helps because our staff is always moving in and out to different sites. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We have a whiteboard that’s usually covered in notes and names that only we can understand. The chairs don't match and the kettle is always on for someone coming back from a shift. We handle a lot of the boring stuff that keeps buildings running, things people don't notice until they break. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the old desktop. It gets a bit loud outside with the college students and the shops, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the properties we look after in decent shape. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sign. We just have our name on the door and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone involved in the daily work.
