You can find us over at Parijat Apartment, in room 205. We are located right on Wardha Road in Nagpur, which is a very busy stretch of road. Being near the Sai Mandir makes it easy for people to locate us. The office is run by Ms. Seema Sabharwal and it’s a fairly modest setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of security guards. It’s just a simple apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. Inside, it feels more like a home than an office, which we think is a good thing. We handle staffing and recruitment, so there’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with. We spend our days interviewing people or talking to clients on the phone. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so our fans and coolers are always running. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a local business helping people find jobs. The neighbors in the apartment building are used to seeing people coming in for interviews. We usually grab some snacks from the vendors near the temple during our break. It’s a steady routine. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door.
