Mafoi Management Consultants

Mafoi Management Consultants is based out of Shivam Apartments in the Fatimanagar area of Pune. It is not a huge office building, just a regular space where we can get our work done in peace. Fatimanagar is a busy part of town, and being in Shivam Apartments gives us a nice little base to operate from. We do management consulting, which often sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just help businesses sort out their staffing and organizational issues. It involves a lot of meetings and a lot of looking at different documents. We do not have a fancy lobby or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. It is just us in a comfortable space, working through whatever our clients send our way. Pune has a great energy, and we try to bring a bit of that into our daily routine. The office is usually a bit messy with papers, but we know exactly where everything is. We are not interested in using corporate speak or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a small team that knows what they are doing. Sometimes the traffic in Fatimanagar makes us a bit late in the mornings, but we always catch up. We enjoy the local atmosphere here. There are plenty of good spots nearby to grab a quick bite when we are too busy to take a real break.
