Even though the name says Nagpur, we are actually based here in Pune, specifically in Kothrud. You can find us at Patil Garden, which is part of the Tejas Society in Dahanukar Colony. It’s a nice residential area, so it’s fairly calm around the office. We do management consulting, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just help businesses figure out their problems or how to manage their people better. We have a small office at A/4 and we've been here for quite some time. The team is small, and we mostly just talk to clients and look at data all day. Pune is a busy city for business, so there is always someone needing a bit of advice or help with their internal structures. We don’t really go in for big marketing or fancy presentations. We prefer to just sit down and talk things through. Sometimes we are out visiting clients, and other times we are just here catching up on reports. It’s a regular job with regular hours. Dahanukar Colony is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We just keep doing what we do, helping one business at a time without making a big deal out of it. The garden nearby is a nice view when we need a break from the screens. We share a lot of tea and spend our afternoons going through files.
