Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd is based out of the Sambhaji Society at 4/15. We are located on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, which is a pretty well-known area. Being in a society like this means we are surrounded by regular people going about their lives, not just other offices. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have the usual stuff like computers and printers, but we haven't spent a lot of money on decorations or fancy lighting. We are here to work, and we think the office reflects that. We deal with management consulting, which basically means we spend our day looking at how things are running and trying to help folks sort out their problems. It involves a lot of reading and a lot of meetings. We do not have a dress code, so you will usually see us in casual clothes unless we have to go somewhere formal. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes order lunch together from the places nearby. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because people are generally straightforward. We try to be the same way. We do not promise things we cannot do, and we do not use complicated words just to sound smart. We have been at this for a while and we have found that being honest and just doing the job is the best way to keep things going. It is a plain and simple approach.
