We do management consulting work here, mostly focusing on helping businesses sort out their internal stuff like staffing and general operations. The area of Vishrantwadi is growing fast, so there are always new things popping up around us. We like the fact that it isn’t too noisy, so we can actually concentrate on the paperwork and the data we have to go through every day. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we do get out to meet clients across Pune when needed. The walk from the main road to Pancham Elite is nice, and it feels like a real community around here. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big corporate setup. It’s just a clean, functional space where we put in our hours and try to be helpful. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, but usually, we wrap up and head out like everyone else. It’s a good, honest place to work and we’ve made this flat into a proper home for the business.
