Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd has its Pune office over on NIBM Road. If you’ve spent any time in Pune lately, you know that NIBM Road has become a really popular spot. It’s full of new cafes, shops, and apartments. Our office is right in the middle of all that growth. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day long. We get people stopping by for all sorts of reasons, and the phone never really stops ringing. The atmosphere in our office is pretty down-to-earth. We don't go in for all the corporate jargon or the stuffy suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. The space itself is functional and bright. We have some plants by the windows, but that’s about as fancy as it gets. Working on NIBM Road means there are always good options for lunch, which is something we all appreciate. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a sandwich or a coffee when we need a break. The traffic on the road can be a bit much during rush hour, but that’s just Pune life. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change from being quite empty to being one of the main hubs in this part of town. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, without making a big deal about it or our place in the city.
