We are Mafoi Consulting Solutions Ltd, and you can find us at C2 1004 in the Montvert Pristine complex. We are located right behind the Khadki Railway Station in Pune, which is actually really handy for getting around. The office is up on the tenth floor, so we get a bit of a view, but mostly we’re just looking at our screens. It’s a modern building, but we keep our actual office feeling pretty grounded and simple. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or polished mission statements. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. Working in Khadki means we’re away from the worst of the city traffic, but still close enough to everything. We spend our days doing consulting work, which involves a lot of listening and trying to figure out the best way to help people. It’s not always easy, but we just take it as it comes. We try to be practical and avoid using words that don't mean much. If someone calls or stops by, we just talk to them like normal people. It’s a quiet, professional place, but it’s not stiff or corporate. We just do our jobs at Montvert Pristine and try to make sure everything is handled correctly by the end of the day, which is usually more than enough work to keep us all busy throughout the week.
