Madhukar Manohar Ingale

I have been working out of our place in Bibwewadi Mittal for quite some years now under the name Madhukar Manohar Ingale. It started out pretty small, just me really, and that is still how most things run here. People around the neighborhood know where to find me if they need something sorted out. My desk is usually covered in papers and there is always a cup of tea getting cold somewhere near the files. I do not have a big office with fancy lights or anything like that. It is just a practical space where the work gets done. I spend most of my mornings answering calls and checking on things that need my attention. Sometimes the afternoons get a bit slow, but that is just how it goes when you run your own thing. People stop by and we talk about what needs doing. I try to keep everything straightforward. There are no complicated systems or big corporate rules here. If you come by Bibwewadi Mittal, you will see it is just a normal setup. It takes a lot of time to keep things moving, and I do my bit every day. I do not really have a big speech about what I do. It is just steady work. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is hot or when there is a lot of traffic outside. I just stay focused on the tasks in front of me and try to get home at a decent hour.
