Madhav Limaye Group

You can find the Madhav Limaye Group on the 2nd floor of the Ram Prasad Building. We are located in Shukrawar Peth, specifically near Chandivali 577, right by Hirabaug Chowk and very close to the Swargate area. It is a very central part of the city, so there is always noise from the traffic and the buses coming from the Swargate stand all day long. The building itself is quite old and has that specific smell of old concrete and stacks of paper. We have a few rooms here where we handle all our business. It is a bit of a maze with all the desks and cabinets we’ve squeezed in over the years. The 2nd-floor walk-up can be a bit of a chore in the summer heat, but we are used to it by now. We do a lot of coordination work from here, mostly over the phone or with people who walk in from the nearby markets to discuss their needs. There isn't any fancy art on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a dusty map of the area. We have a small sink in the corner and a stack of plastic cups for water for anyone who is thirsty. It’s an honest place where we put in long hours. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing things the old way with pens and notebooks. We know the shopkeepers downstairs well, and we often get our lunch from the small place around the corner. It is a busy office.
