Our office is tucked away at 10A, Aman-C in the Dahanukar Colony area of Kothrud. It’s been our home base in Pune for a good while now. Most mornings start with someone trying to get the old kettle to work so we can have some tea before the phones start ringing. Kothrud has changed quite a bit over the years, and the traffic on the main road is definitely heavier than it used to be. Inside, we have a few desks that don't quite match and a shelf full of old folders that we probably should have cleared out last year. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for jobs or companies that need a bit of help managing their teams. It is not some high-rise glass building; it is just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our calls, which can be a bit distracting, but that is just how it is around here. We usually head out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby if we aren't too swamped with emails. The printer is a bit moody and only works when it wants to, which usually leads to a bit of frustration when we have documents to hand over. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside, and we just keep plugging away at the daily tasks.
