We’ve been running Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd out of this office in Kondhwa for a while now. It’s located in Nibm, specifically at D 5 101, which isn't too hard to find if you know the Pune area well. Most days here are just about getting through the lists of people looking for work and companies needing help. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes. We deal with all sorts of management consulting stuff, mostly just trying to match the right person with the right job. It’s not always easy. The Pune traffic can be a real pain during the morning rush, so we usually get in a bit early to beat it. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of folders. People stop by to drop off resumes or ask questions about openings. We try to help out where we can. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The building itself is okay, nothing special but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s mostly about managing expectations and making sure the details don’t get lost. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just work.
