It’s just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we look at investments. There are usually piles of documents on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have a corporate communications team, so we’re just writing this based on how the office actually feels. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it’s homey. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks downstairs. Kothrud is a great place to work because everything you need is just a short walk away. We spend most of our time looking at charts or talking to people about their financial plans. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up at Nivedita Apartment and get through the day’s tasks. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for the most part. We like the local vibe and the way things move in this part of town, even if it gets loud sometimes.
