M S Palnitkar Patwardhan is located over at Shri Ganesh Niketan Housing Society in Sasanenagar. We are specifically in Flat Number 29, which is in Building E 3. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, get the work done, and talk to whoever stops by. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here, just a few of us making things happen. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or planning. Being part of a housing society means we have to keep things relatively quiet, so you won't hear any loud machinery. It’s just a steady pace of work in a comfortable spot. We like the 411028 area because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just local people doing our bit from a small office, day in and day out.
