Our small office is over in Sambhaji Nagar in Chinchwad, right across from the Indrayani Bazar. If you know that area in Pune, you know it stays pretty busy with shoppers and traffic most of the day. We are based in the A 1 building, specifically in flat number 04. It isn’t some big corporate glass tower, just a regular space where we handle all our building and promoter work. We spend a lot of time looking over site plans and dealing with all the various papers that come with construction. It can get a bit loud outside with the market, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this business because we know the local area well and wanted to work for ourselves. Most of the people who come by are folks looking for a new place or people we’ve worked with on sites before. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and keeping track of the different projects we have going on. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we are out at a site all day, but we always catch up eventually. It is a lot of work, especially with how fast Chinchwad is growing lately. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and when. If you’re ever near the bazaar, you can see our building right there on the corner.
