M S Deolalikar Consultants Pvt Ltd Pune. We are over here in Nigdi at Anand Apartment. It is Flat No 4 on Plot 400. Being in Pradhikaran is nice because the roads are wide and it stays relatively quiet compared to the main city. We spend most of our days at our desks looking through files and talking to people who drop by for advice. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few tables and some chairs where we sit and go over plans. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at the schedule for the week. We have been in this spot for some time now and most people in the building know who we are. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a neighbor, but usually, it is someone looking for help with their project. We keep things pretty simple here. There are piles of paper on the side table that we need to organize, but we usually get to it by Friday. It is just how we work. The fan makes a bit of clicking noise when it is on high speed, but we do not mind it much. If you walk down the stairs, you can see the little garden area which is quite pleasant in the evenings. We like it here in this part of Pune. It feels like home and a place of work all at once. We do not really do big meetings, mostly just one-on-one talks in the office.
