M S Ascent Management Consultant is based in Pune, over in the Hingane Khurd area. You can find us at the Pandurang Prasad Building. We are pretty close to the Ashirwad Hospital, which is just off Sinhgad Road. It is a busy part of the city, especially during the rush hours when everyone is trying to get somewhere. Our office is a practical space where we handle management consulting work. It is not a place with glass walls or high-end decor. We have regular desks and chairs, and a lot of notebooks and files. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to figure out how to help them with their business issues. Being near the hospital makes it easy to give people directions. We have been in the Pandurang Prasad building for a bit now and we like the spot. It is a bit noisy sometimes because of the main road, but you get used to it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, talk to whoever stops by, and try to get through the day's work. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to sorting out the accounts. It is just how a small local office runs.
