We are located over on Jeev Daya Lane 1, in the Parvati Giri Vihar area. It’s a bit tucked away, so you really have to be looking for it to find us. The space we have here is more of a small unit than a big factory like you might see elsewhere. We do all our manufacturing and packing right here on the floor. It’s often a bit cluttered with boxes and raw materials, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a big corporate structure or any managers in suits. It’s just a few of us making sure that all the orders get out the door on time. The street outside can be a bit narrow, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge some days. We’ve been here for several years and have developed a decent rhythm for the work. We don't really do much in the way of promotion or sales calls. Most of our business comes from the same few people we've known for a long time. We keep the overhead low and just focus on the day-to-day tasks that need finishing. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment to get ready, but usually, we’re out of here by the evening. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team. We just answer the phone and do the work that is requested of us. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy.
