Lushharvest Private Limited

Lushharvest is based in Pune, over at Ganga Arcadia. We are in Building B, flat 202, and Pritam Ramrao Kansurkar is the one who keeps things running here. Even though we are in a residential society in S No 22/2, our heart is really out in the fields. We spend our time trying to connect what’s grown on the farms with the people who need it. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. Some people might think it’s strange to have an agro business in an apartment complex, but it works for us. We get to stay close to the city markets while still dealing with the farmers every single day. We don’t have a big warehouse here, just our office setup where we track the shipments and talk to the suppliers. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. One day you might be looking at invoices, and the next you’re out visiting a plot to see how the vegetables are looking. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn't any corporate polish here; it's just us working hard to make sure the harvest gets where it needs to go. It can get a bit stressful when things are moving fast, but we just take a break, have some coffee, and get back to it. It's just a regular business run by regular people.
