We operate out of Shivsagar Appt, specifically in Flat C1303 on Sinhgad Road. It is a bit of a climb up here, but the view towards Manikbaug is alright on clear days. We have turned the space into an office where we handle our design work for the company. It is not your typical glass building, just a regular apartment where we get things done. Sometimes the neighbors are a bit noisy, or you can hear the heavy traffic from the road below, but we are used to it by now. We have got a couple of desks squeezed in and enough computers for everyone to work. It stays pretty busy during the week. We drink a lot of tea while we look over plans and drawings on our monitors. Being near the Manikbaug area means there is always something happening outside. We do not have a big sign out front or anything, just our name on the door. It is a small group of us here, and we have known each other for a long time. We just focus on the projects we have on our plates at the moment. It is a straightforward setup with no frills and no fancy meeting rooms. We just have a small kitchen for lunch and some chairs that have seen better days. We like it this way because it is comfortable for us.
