Our office is in Sumitra Villa. It is on Thergaon Road in the Sambhajinagar area of Pune. We are Lobostaffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. It's a house that we turned into an office space, so it feels a bit more like a home than a glass building. Pune 17 is a busy part of town these days. There is a lot of traffic on Thergaon Road, especially in the mornings. We handle staffing, so there are always people coming in for interviews or to drop off papers. We have a small waiting area for them. It gets crowded sometimes. We’ve got a few rooms where the staff sits. It’s not very fancy, just basic office stuff. We like being in Sambhajinagar because it’s close to where many people live. It makes it easier for candidates to find us. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. We just keep doing our thing every day. Working in a villa is different than a regular office block. It’s quieter in some ways but the road noise is always there. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss the gate. Dealing with jobs and recruitment keeps us busy from morning to evening. We just try to keep the paperwork moving and help people find where they need to go. It’s a lot of talking and checking records. Nothing too exciting, just regular work. We've been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
